Hendra Barns’ owner Ken Evans was featured in the latest Fork magazine about managing deer in Cornwall for venison meat. He escorted journalist Katy Davidson on a dawn deer stalk in central Cornwall, with the aim of understanding the relationship between man and meat, and meanwhile she discovered the beauty in the peaceful countryside.
